About This Project
Drivers used to radio in; dispatch used to pin markers on a whiteboard. We replaced both with a tight mobile-first system that a dispatcher and 40 drivers trust.
The driver app runs offline-first, syncs in the background, and never blocks the driver for more than a second. The dispatch dashboard shows live positions, delays, and suggested re-routes when traffic spikes.
