Why it mattered
Most international CRMs treat Turkey as an afterthought — wrong date formats, no local SMS providers, pricing in USD. This platform was built for it: TRY pricing, KVKK-compliant data handling, and support that actually speaks Turkish.

Challenges
WhatsApp template approval pipeline is slow and opaque. Local SMS providers have very different APIs and quirks. Turkish VAT rules on recurring subscriptions are subtle.
